We accept
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and E-checks through Paypal.
You do not need to have a paypal account to access the Paypal service.
Even though prefer PAYPAL, we also accept personal checks, money orders,
personal and cashiers checks. NO International Money
Orders please. Shipment will be held until
checks clear. (usually 5-7 days) NY, CA, TX, FLA & AZ residents will
have an 8.25% sales tax added. Orders are processed within 24 hours and
shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of cleared payments. Please
contact us via E-mail for physical mailing address. |

There are NO
hidden shipping charges or fees for any item. All shipping charges are
fixed rate for the Continental US only. We can not ship to PO boxes.
International shipping is available, however occasionally rates are
significantly higher for international shipment. Please E-mail me with
your country, postal code and address before purchase so that there are no
surprises for you, and I can get you an exact amount before you commit to
buy. Items that are heavy, oversized, or shipped via freight delivery are
marked throughout the website and require additional freight charges.
Shipping charges are listed below. Freight and additional shipping costs
will be located on the item page or you may contact us for a shipping
quote before purchase. |

& Refunds |
Please
inspect your items upon receipt. We take extreme care to package our
products for a safe uneventful trip, however occasionally damage occurs.
E-mail us in case of defective or damaged merchandise and we will resolve
the problem as quickly as possible for you. It may be a replacement item
or part for your item. Please be as specific as possible in your e-mail to
ensure a quicker resolution. In some cases buyer is responsible for the
return shipping cost. Returns on non damaged or defective merchandise are
accepted within 10 days of receipt of item less shipping and a 20%
restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping back to me if
item is not damaged or defective. |

Processing |
Once payment
is received and confirmed your order will be processed. Your item (s) will
ship from our warehouse 1-2 days from payment via UPS ground, or
USPS priority mail. As soon as the order is shipped and in the UPS system
I will e-mail you a tracking number so you may track your package. RUSH
shipping is available, however it does cost more and must be requested in
e-mail before payment. Flat rate of $25.00 for UPS RUSH delivery for non
oversized items. If you need an item by a specific date please contact me
before your purchase so I can let you know if I can get it to you by the
date requested. I am not responsible for delays in processing due to
incorrect information provided to me by you. |

very rare occasion that an item becomes out of stock You will have the
choice of either waiting until the item becomes available ( I will get you
